He was selected for the Starr Ahmed International Fellowship and during the 2 year period he got an opportunity to work with Dr. Albert Starr, who has performed the first heart valve replacement surgery in the world and has also designed the Starr Edwards Ball and Cage Valve. During his stay in USA he had the opportunity to work with Dr. Storm Floten, Dr. Aftab Ahmed and Dr. Jeffery Swanson. He has worked at some of the leading hospitals in India like S.M.S Jaipur, SGPGI, Lucknow and Batra Hospital.
