After training from CMC Vellore and NIMHANS,Bangalore he served as a faculty member at Sri Chtra Inst Med Sci & Tech. Later he did fellowship in Vascular surgery In Japan and Spine surgery in Germany.Over 25 years,DR PRUSTY ihas perfomed more than 13000 surgeries which include brain tumor,pituitary tumour,microdiscectomy,spinal fusion,endoscopic surgery,DBSetc. He has authored 67 scientific papers published in indexed jiurnals.He is Cambridge author.He was president of Neurotrauma society of India,Association of Neuroscientists of eastern India. He is the Vice President of Spinal cord Society West Bengal, Exec. member International Neurotrauma Society.He was Exec Member Of Indian society For Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery.
