Earlier he was HOD of Respiratory and Internal Medicine at Rockland Hospital.He is also Associate Professor (Medicine), Delhi University, R & R Army Hospital, Delhi, and was HOD, Respiratory centre and Immunodefiency (HIV) centre, Base Hospital, Delhi. Earlier he was Reader at AFMC, Pune, has guided four MD students under Delhi Univ and two ICMR sponsored students. He is the DNB coordinator for Fortis hospital (VK) where a Respiratory Medicine DNB program is being conducted and he has currently 2 DNB students under him.
