Dr Prachi Renjhen has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She was formerly working as Associate Professor at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences, Gangtok and Melaka Manipal Medical College, Malaysia. She is an alumnus of Maulana Azad Medical College. She has done her post graduation (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) from NHL Medical College, Ahmedabad and post graduate Diploma in Child Adolescent and Family counselling from Kerala University. Pursuing her interest in adolescent health she underwent training course in Sexual and Reproductive Health from Geneva Foundation for Medical Education & Research in collaboration with World Health Organization. During her academic career she has received best student award for her outstanding performance in M.B.B.S and certificate of merit for her performance in post graduation. Sikkim Manipal University also awarded her for excellence in profession in 2007 She has presented papers at national and international forums and contributed to publications in journals and chapters in books She is a certified Adolescent health care provider and Advance Pranic healer .Her special interest are care of adolescent, management of infertile couples and high risk pregnancy.
