He completed his MBBS from Guwahati Medical College, Assam, Gauhati University, Guwahati in 1998 and went on to specialize further by pursuing MS (Surgery) from Silchar Medical College, Assam, Assam University, Guwahati in 2006. Having gained over 18 years of widespread experience he is an expert in providing service related to Laparoscopy, Bariatric Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Medical Counseling and Surgical/ Medical Advisory Services. He had attended multiple workshops and conferences in India and abroad and is a respected life member of Association of Surgeons of India, Association of Surgeons of Assam etc.
