After his cardiology training, he has worked as interventional cardiologist in hospitals like Manipal hospitals and Global hospital. He has done his Post Doctoral Fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology from CARE hospitals, Hyderabad, under eminent electrophysiologist DR C Narasimhan, and worked as Consultant Electrophysiologist in CARE hospitals,Hyderabad and PSG hospitals, Coimbatore,before joining KMCH, Coimbatore. He got his advanced CRT training for heart failure from Niguarda general hospital, Milan, Italy.He has done observership in complex arrhythmia ablation from Veterans general hospital, Taipei, Taiwan. He was a Visiting faculty for multiple hospitals including Kaveri Heart city,Trichy;GSL medical college ,Rajmundry and Narayana medical college ,Nellore.He was the first person to start complex arrhythmia ablations in the Seemandhra region.He has initiated electrophysiology work in tier II cities like Trichy,Salem and Tirunelveli.
