• Founded MINDFRAMES in 2004 a company dedicated to awareness and de-stigmatization of psychiatry, management of psychiatric problems and promoting psychological wellness in society.
• Setup a child guidance clinic with mental wellness for children from conception (pregnancy counseling) to adulthood (behavioral therapy, education counseling, career guidance, emotional guidance etc.)
• Counseled over 15,000 employees at the naval dockyard since 2004 on substance-free living (de-addiction). Formulated a psycho-education module based on the illness model of drug addiction.
• Diagnosed and treated over 7,000 patients (children and adults) with psychiatric afflictions in multiple outpatient clinics, inpatient setups as well as home service settings in different areas of Mumbai
• Conducted over 100 workshops and public awareness programs on diverse issues including study skills, parenting, intelligence building, stress control, relationship building and emotional intelligence
• Worked with over 20 corporate offices in structuring employee wellness program protocols (quit smoking modules, pregnancy counseling modules, parenting seminars, devising assessment tools)
• Over 15 research projects in behavioral, medical and clinical fields. Formulated questionnaires for assessment of well-being in children. Worked on USFDA Phase II and III clinical trials for INDs (Investigational New Drugs) as clinical trial coordinator, rater and sub investigator.
