Disease Condition |
Patient`s demographic data, neurological deficit(by NIHSS scale), CT information, risk factors, treatment history, 28 day follow-up by Modified Rankin Scale and Barthel Index. Data for stroke subjects will be entered into the WHO in-hospital and community proforma (see sample).Caregivers` primary demographic data, relationship with the patient, their level of stress by BAKAS caregiver outcome scale (see sample) will be measured at 28 days after stroke and follow-up at 6 months and1 year.
