Clinical Research Detail Title Of Study Mean time to low flow anesthesia- Comparison of 3 techniques of starting low flow anesthesia- Baums clinical criteria and ratio of expired gases to ratio of inspired gases of 0.8 to State Entropy. Disease Condition Anesthesia titration by 3 methods we will study 3 methods to initiate low flow anesthesia from high flow anesthesia after tracheal intubation. one is the teaching by Baums of 10 minutes, the other is the teaching by Meakins of FE/FI=0.8. These will be compared to State Entropy of <=50.
