Where MRCP facility is available at Jammu?

My Father did a LFT to confirm the symptoms of jaundice. The reports show increased level of S Bilirubin(Direct) by 0.6mg/dl (around 40%). I am looking for an MRCP investigation in Jammu City. Please suggest me the best lab and radiologist around.
