He has been associated with Rockland Hospitals since 2012 as a Senior Consultant Anesthesiology. His previous assignment was with Armed Forces as in- charge of ICU and Operation Theatres at various Army Hospitals. He was chosen by United Nations as an Anesthesiologist to work at Lebnon. He was also appreciated by the Sri Lankan government for his contribution in Tsunami Relief Work and was given a special certificate of commendation by them. He has operated on more than 250 cases per month, which included craniotomies, thoracotomies, numerous laprotomies apart from many other life saving surgeries during Kargil War and was awarded Army Commander’s commendation medal for his meritorious work. He has provided medical cover facility to dignitaries like ex President, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam during the Republic Day celebrations.
