Following this he did his D.M.(Nephrology)  from Institute of Kindney Disease and Research Centre , B.J. Medical college ,Ahmedabad , which is one of the largest kidney transplant centre in  India. Then he worked  as nephrology consultant in Medanta hospital, Gurgaon where he was awarded for his excellancy in patient care.  Dr. Yadav has special interest in field of kidney transplantation and has published many articles on kidney transplantation in national and international journals. He has done thesis on “Infections in Kidney Transplant Patients”
