Dr. Barkha Pandey has dedicated her career to Pediatrics and Neonatology at Columbia Asia Hospital in Palam Vihar. She completed both her MBBS and MD (Pediatrics) from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram, Wardha Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik in 2003 and 2010 respectively. She has a whooping work experience of nearly 13 years and after completing her MD in Pediatrics, she interned at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram, Wardha Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashikand also worked as a Consultant Pediatrician at Arpana Hospital in Haryana and Umkal Hospital & Metro Heart Institute in Gurgaon; Registrar at Columbia Asia Hospitals in Gurgaon; and Junior Consultant at Columbia Asia Hospitals in Gurgaon. She regularly attended workshops, seminars and conferences to keep her updated. She has also authored various publications, papers and posters like ‘Risk factors for meconium staining of amniotic fluid and development of Meconium Aspiration Syndrome’ - A Poster Presentation which was presented at NNF Conference, New Delhi 2012.
