*Dr. V M Thomas, a Clinical Embryology Tycoon and ICSI Maestro ,is the Institute Director of Chennai Fertility Centre.

3. Responsible for the Embryology side of the first University IVF Baby at Sri Ramachandra Medical College Hospital and Research Institute,Chennai.

Responsible for the first PESA baby at Roshini Aruna IVF center Cuddalore.
5. Responsible for First IVF baby at Surya Fertility Center ,Hydarabad.
6. Responsable for First percutenous epidydimal sperm aspiration PESA baby at Cliniq a Grace la Mariea –Burkina Faso, West Africa.
7. Responsible for First IVF/PESA at Adam and Eve Fertility Center, Noida.

9. Established and improvised the Embryology Laboratory of the Institute of Reproductive Medicine, Madras Medical Mission, Chennai and helped scientifically to achieve a take home pregnancy rate of 60%, eventually resulting in 4000 ICSI babies in a span of 6 years.
10. Established and improvised the Embryology Laboratory of Roshini Aruna IVF Centre, Cuddalore, producing 150 ICSI babies in a span of 2 year.
11. Established and improvised the Embryology Laboratory of DIFF Hospital,Nigeria and helped
scientifically in producing 3500 ICSI babies in a span of 4 years.
12. Established and improvised the Embryology Laboratory and IVF procedures in Burkina Feso,West Africa and produced the first intracytoplasmic sperm injection ICSI baby.
13. Established and improvised the Embryology Laboratory of CARE IVF,a leading IVF centre at Kolkatta, producing 350 ICSI babies in a span of 2 year.
14. Resposible for first ivf baby at chennai fertility center and research institute chennai,India.
*He Trained more than 300 Doctors and Embryologist in Assisted Reproductive technology ART, he also published and presented many papers in National and International conference - ISAR, IFS,ASRM,IIS, AND ASPIRE.
*Consultant Embryologist at Srusti Fertility Centre, Chennai producing 150 ICSI babies.
He helped scientifically to achive more than 10,000 ivf babies wordwide.
*Dr. Thomas is currently performing 3000 IVF and ICSI procedures per annum and is considered one of the leading ivf scientist and Embryologists in the sub continent and overseas. His expertise in slow freezing and vitrification procedures has helped him achieve an 95% post thaw recovery rate with frozen embryos and a 60% take home pregnancy rate with Frozen Embryo transfer FETs.
