Not able to conceive due to folicles not growing properly, please advise
I am 32 yrs old, married in 2005 I have infertility Problem my follicles are not growing properly size, only 11/12 mm. I had conceived in 2007 but that was my left tubal pregnancy that was removed. Then I had a pregnancy in 2009 in my right ovary & treatment was methadoxine injection only. Then I have done HSG x-ray for my right tube in 2011 , it was not block totally but bent by Genital TB Infection. I had Pulminary TB in 1995. Then I have done IVF in Sept 6th, 2011 in Orissa, but failed. Please kindly suggest me & will give your valuable advice for my further treatment.

I am 28 years old. 5 years of marriage I did not conceive.Had issues with fallopian tubes and irregular periods. Both these issues have been sorted out in last few months. I had an ectopic pregnancy in may which washed off with next cycle menses. had pregnancy symptoms in July but had menses in 36 days. I have not had successful implantation since ever. Is it safe to take letroz medicine, to induce fertility?
Hi I am 28 yr old women, my weight is 58, height 5.2, from last o ne year we are trying for baby.. my period was irregular, my doctor sugget me thyroid test and that is 40.19, after taking thyroid treatemt for 2 months my thyriod is normal now and now from last 4 months my periods are regular. but i did'nt conceive. my doctor now suggest me letroz 2.5ml from 3rd day of my period for 5 days. and after that she will do my ovulation study. my concern_ is letroz medicine is safe to take ? i read negative and harmfull effect of letroz medicine on internet like....... Letoze -- is internationally approved for the treatment of breast cancer in post-menopausal women. gynecologists all over the world not to misuse it for female infertility. Research on 150 pregnancies has shown that babies born to mothers who had consumed letrozole to increase fertility have suffered from bone malformations, cardiac stenosis and cancers." should i go for letroz or not please suggest me m very confused.

Non surgical treatment for myomas
My wife is now 36. We got married 4 years back and after 1 year of our marriage, we started steps for a baby. But, no pregnancy was takes placed. Then, we have undergone necessary treatments under reputed physicians. The history of the treatment is as follows- 1. Done IVF in June 2008, but it was un-successful. 2. But immediately next month of IVF was done, pregnancy was occur. But no development was seen after 4-5 weeks. Resulting missed abortion. 3. Necessary treatment continued, and, IUI was done in August, 2009 But effort was found negative. 4. In the next month, pregnancy was found positive in normal process. But, after 8 weeks development of baby was stopped. Resulting Missed abortion again. 5. In August, 2010, IUI was done again, but result was negative. 6. In October, 2010 pregnancy was occur normally. But, development of the baby was stopped after 7-8 weeks. Resulting to Missed abortion again. During this period, we have consulted with the Physician in GangaRam Hospital at New Delhi and necessary investigations were made. All results of the investigation were positive except multiple Myomas. The USG of early pregnancy as on 16-12-2010 before last abortion is- Uterus is bulky and shows a single fundal gestational sac. Multiple intramural and subserosal and subserosal myomas are seen. No significant compression or distortion of the gestational sac is noted. Myoma in the fundal region (subserosal) measures 63 X 40 mm. Myoma in the anterior body (subserosal) measures 15 X 14 mm. Myoma in the left lateral wall and right lateral wall (intramural) measure 17 X 12 mm and 7 X 6 mm respectively. Myoma in the left posterolateral wall (intramural) measures 22 X 188 mm. Cervix appears normal and measures 48 mm. Internal OS is closed. Ovaries and adnexae are normal. A small corpus luteal cyst is seen in the right ovary measuring 18 mm. Physicians are suggesting to go for operation of Myomas. After that, they will start their treatment. But, my wife is worried about the operation. Are there any alternate way for removing the Myomas or are there any chances for a pregnancy without operation? Or, are there any kind of procedure available in your hospital to over come this obstacle. Please suggest about the same and give a suitable time for further consultation.
